Terms of Use

1. The service

ReactOX is an Android tool for recording, editing, organizing, exporting and sharing reaction videos. The service is operated by Damian Cholewa, based in Poland. The public creator and developer pseudonym is nahdayoff. Contact: support@reactox.app.

2. Eligibility

ReactOX is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and can accept these Terms under the law applicable to you.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you create. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary copyright, privacy, publicity and other rights to record, edit, combine and publish every source clip, sound, image and performance used with ReactOX. ReactOX does not grant rights to third-party material.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use ReactOX to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights or platform rules; distribute malware or harmful material; evade technical limits; interfere with the service; falsify ad rewards, purchases or integrity responses; or reverse engineer the service where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Free plan

The Free plan allows exports without a daily quantity limit. A completed rewarded-ad flow is required before each Free export. If an ad is unavailable, fails or is not completed, the export will not start and any successfully saved local Draft will remain available. An internet connection and advertising availability are required for Free exports.

6. ReactOX Pro

ReactOX Pro is available as an automatically renewing monthly or yearly Google Play subscription. Current prices and billing periods are displayed by Google Play before purchase and may differ by region, currency and tax. Access begins only after a completed and verified purchase. You can manage or cancel through Google Play; cancellation normally leaves access active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies and applicable law.

The app describes the features included in the current plan. Future features are not included unless explicitly made available. Use Restore on the ReactOX Pro screen to check an existing purchase using the same Google Play account.

7. Local projects and backups

Projects are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient storage and any copies you require. Uninstalling the app, clearing storage, device failure or deleting a project may permanently remove local media. ReactOX does not promise cloud backup unless a future version explicitly introduces it.

8. Third-party services

ReactOX may open Android sharing destinations such as YouTube or other installed apps. ReactOX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google or any other destination merely because it can share a file to that service. Use of third-party services remains subject to their own terms.

9. Availability and changes

The service may change to improve compatibility, safety, performance or compliance. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, network failure, unsupported-device conditions or third-party service outages. We will not intentionally remove paid access without respecting purchase status and applicable consumer rights.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReactOX is provided without a guarantee that every codec, device, source file or third-party destination will always work. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Liability is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using ReactOX at any time. Access to network or Pro functionality may be restricted for fraud, abuse, unlawful use or material breach, subject to applicable rights and any valid paid period. Local content remains under your control unless you delete it or the operating system removes it.
