Need personal help?
Include your phone model, Android version, ReactOX version and the exact steps that caused the problem. Never attach private source or reaction videos unless support explicitly asks and you choose to do so.

Before contacting support
- Make sure the device has enough free storage for the source, reaction and exported copy.
- Confirm camera and microphone permissions in Android settings.
- Keep the Draft if an export or rewarded ad fails; do not repeatedly record the same reaction.
- Restart ReactOX and reopen the existing project before creating a replacement.
Delete local projects
Move clips to Trash in ReactOX and permanently delete them from Trash when ready. To remove all application data, use Android Settings → Apps → ReactOX → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Clearing storage cannot be undone.
Manage ReactOX Pro
Purchases, renewals and cancellations are managed by Google Play. Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. To restore an existing purchase, open the ReactOX Pro screen and tap Restore in the top-right corner. Use the same Google Play account that made the purchase and connect to the internet.
If prices are temporarily unavailable, check your connection and that Google Play is available on the device. ReactOX retries automatically. Do not clear ReactOX storage or uninstall it to troubleshoot prices: doing so can remove your local projects.
Advertising privacy choices
Where required, open Settings → About & Legal → Privacy choices to review or change your advertising consent. The availability of this entry depends on Google's consent requirements for your region.
